Randy Hryhorczuk was born in British Columbia Canada, 1974 and grew up in the community of Maple Ridge. At eighteen he moved to the city of Vancouver and remained there until the Autumn of 1999 before relocating to Toronto, Ontario.
After attending a media design institution in 2000 he briefly worked in the design field while painting full time. In November of 2006, Hryhorczuk discontinued his career as a designer in order to pursue painting as his primary vocation.
Hryhorczuk is self-disciplined in oil painting. He has been showing publicly since 2000 in Canada, The United States and Germany. His work has been collected privately in Canada, the United States and Great Britain. He currently resides in Guatemala City, Guatemala with his wife.
